Sunday Jungle – Terms & Conditions

Disclaimer – No Secret Admirer Deliveries

  • Sunday Jungle does not accept “secret admirer” orders.

  • All orders must include the sender’s name on the gift card message.

Flower Quality & Care

  • Flowers are natural products — seasonal variations, colour tones, and sizes may differ from images shown.

  • The shop reserves the right to substitute blooms of equal or greater value if particular flowers are unavailable.

  • While they take care to deliver flowers fresh and in good condition, once delivered it is the customer’s responsibility to follow their Flower Care Guide to ensure longevity. 

Reporting an Issue

  • Any concerns about flower quality must be reported within 24 hours of purchase or delivery.

  • Claims must be supported by photographic evidence and proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

  • Because flowers are perishable, claims made after 24 hours may not be honoured.

Replacements & Refunds

  • If a genuine issue is identified, Sunday Jungle may offer either a replacement arrangement or a credit note, at their discretion.

  • Refunds are only offered in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

  • Refunds are not offered for change of mind.

Custom Orders

  • Custom orders are non-refundable once confirmed.

  • A deposit or full payment may be required to secure custom work.

  • Once production has begun, cancellations of custom orders cannot be refunded.

Deliveries

  • Deliveries are completed during business hours; most are completed by mid-afternoon, but exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

  • If no one is home upon delivery, flowers will be left in a safe location. If that’s not possible (due to weather, pets, property access or safety), the flowers may be returned to the store.

  • In such cases, the customer may collect in-store or re-arrange delivery for an additional fee.

  • If the customer provided incorrect delivery details, they are responsible. Re-delivery fees will apply.

Add-On Items

  • Alcohol and gift items must be purchased alongside flowers.

  • Recipients must be 18 years or older to receive alcohol; proof of age may be requested upon delivery.

Workshops & Events

  • Workshop tickets are non-refundable.

  • If you are unable to attend, tickets may — at their discretion — be transferred to another person or used as credit for a future workshop.

  • Under no circumstances is the website liable for loss of profits (direct or indirect), or for any indirect or consequential damage.

  • If the website fails to supply goods or services, liability is limited to re-supplying the goods/services. If not supplied again, liability is limited to the cost of having equivalent goods or services supplied elsewhere.

  • Refunds will only be provided as required by law.

  • The website’s scripts (its computer code) are protected by copyright and may not be downloaded, copied, or otherwise stored unless in their original format and only with full written approval from the webmaster.

Sunday Jungle is committed to ensuring your security when ordering online. We have technical systems in place to ensure your security when providing your credit card details.

We use Square and your credit card details are never handled by our system and we do not receive a copy of your credit card number. Square is a trusted Credit Card processor that is used by thousands of websites to process credit cards online.

TIPS FOR ORDERING SAFELY ONLINE

Never submit your credit card details over an insecure site. Furthermore, don't simply believe that because a site claims to be secure, it is. Check your browser - a small, locked padlock somewhere near the address bar.
